Information SplitFulfill processes

SplitFulfill processes limited Shopify store and order information necessary to provide split-fulfillment functionality. This may include Shopify shop identifiers, order identifiers, line-item quantities, fulfillment status, and processing results.

SplitFulfill does not require customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, or postal addresses to provide its core functionality.

How information is used

Information is used only to process and track fulfillment actions, prevent duplicate fulfillment, display processing status, provide app functionality, and comply with Shopify privacy requirements.

Data retention

SplitFulfill retains order-processing records for up to 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted.

Data sharing

SplitFulfill does not sell customer personal information. Information is only shared with service providers when necessary to operate and host the app.

Security

SplitFulfill uses encrypted HTTPS connections for data in transit and uses secured production infrastructure for stored application data.

Privacy requests

SplitFulfill supports Shopify's required privacy and data-redaction processes. Merchants may contact us using the support contact listed on the SplitFulfill Shopify App Store listing for privacy-related requests.
